If you are not comfortable with the online form, feel free to print it out, fill it out by hand, and mail it to me with your check.

NEW! I now accept PayPal! There is a spot on the order form now for PayPal. There is a long list of possible totals (from $10 to $100) and you must check the box that matches your total. This was the only way I could get it to work, but you can now order using PayPal and a credit card online instead of making that trip to the post office to mail a check!

For payment, I accept cash, check, or PayPal. All checks must be made out to Michael Doose (write Podium Photography in the memo, if you like)
